Shipping Information

  • USPS First Class,  International , & Priority Shipping may take an extra 3-5 days.
  • USPS Priority Express & DHL is not effected.
  • Not all items are scanned and updated correctly with USPS . Please visit usps.com site for more details.

How can I place an order?

    Where is my order?

    Once you have place your order online an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

    How can I cancel my order?

    Inkbox Artistry team ship the next business day, we cannot guarantee we can cancel an order once it is processed.

        Can I add items to my order after it is place?

        We work fast and proficient with our orders once it is place and adding an item to an existing order may not be possible if it is processed. You may place a new order and It will get ship out on a timely manner. You may contact our support team email: Hello@inkboxartistry.com

          What are the shipping prices and how long will I get my order?

          We ship using USPS, UPS, and DHL carrier. When you check out of your cart, you may select a choice of carrier and shipping delivery dates. Free shipping will range from 1-5 business day depend on the states.

            My tracking says “Delivered”, but I did not receive the package.

            We are sorry this happened. Make sure to check the tracking information provided to see if the package has been dropped off (eg: mailbox, porch, backyard, office reception, or P.O box). You may contact hello@inkboxartistry.com for support.

            Please NOTE, we are not responsible for lost packages.  You may purchase an insurance for your package or request for signature request at checkout. If you need to file a claim check the carrier’s website to file a claim.

              I have the wrong shipping address

              If it doesn’t come to you, it will get sent back to Inkbox Artistry. You will have to pay for shipping and make sure to check the shipping information and contact us immediately for assistance. Email: hello@inkboxartistry.com

                Why was my order canceled without me canceling it?

                Occasionally, the system may flag the transaction as fraud because of missing or incorrect information inputted. If the billing address does not match the card or one important information is missing during payment.  Your order will be canceled and you will have to place a new order with the correct information.

                    Inkbox Artistry is not responsible for additional charges of customs for any international orders.

                      What is your refund policy?

                      If for any reason we made a mistake on our part or an item is missing, we will process a refund to your account. Items on Clearance are FINAL SALE and SOLD AS IS. Clearance items are nonrefundable.

                        What if I bought the wrong items and want to exchange the product?

                        We can only exchange items that are defective or damage. If you need assistance with your exchange please email hello@inkboxartistry.com
